Make Beer at Home!

Easy, and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Water: 20 lt.
  • Barley: 1000 gr.
  • Maize: 500gr.
  • Brown sugar: 1250 gr.
  • Common hop: 25 gr.
  • Brewer’s yeast: 25 gr.

Preparation

First put the water in a stainless pot with the barley and maize, and let it soak in for 4 hours. Then add sugar and hops. Boil for 2 more hours, after that remove from heat and cool. While still warm, mix yeast  diluted with water. Cover the pot and leave in a cool place for 48 hours to do the fermentation. Then filter with a thick thread and pack in bottles, which have to be well closed. Lastly, keep in a cool place and 6 days later we have our home beer ready to drink.

    are you trying to put the company who sells beer out of business i will give it a try though sounds very interesting
