Mango Lassi

This mango lassi is very simple to make and it’s healthy too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 mangoes – peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place the yogurt, milk, mangoes and white sugar into  a blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until cold, and serve.

 

Note:  Use only ripe mangoes. Sometimes i just add a few ice cubes into the blender along with everything else because i don’t want to wait for it to chill in the fridge. It tastes fresher too.

You can also replace the mango with any fruit that you like. Experiment with other fruit is interesting!
