Mint Syrup!
A syrup for pancakes, ice cream,your drinks and coffee to make everything delicious for you!
Mint sirup!
Ingredients
- 260 gr sugar
- 475 ml water
- 1 cup of mint leaves
Preparation for the mint syrup
- In a small saucepan add the sugar and the water and let them to boil
- Add the mint leaves and stir the mixture well.
- Do not wait for the syrup to become very thick!
- Let it cool .
- Strain the syrup to remove the mint leaves.
- The syrup is ready!
