Mixed Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are great for summer time fun and this mixed berry smoothie is great for someone who likes the classic strawberry banana smoothie. If you have left overs from this smoothie you can pour it into a mold and put it in the freezer to make a fruit popsicle for later.

Serves 2

Ready in 5-10 minutes

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 banana

½ cup of strawberries

½ cup of blueberries

½ cup of raspberries

½ cup of apple juice

¼ cup of water

1 cup of Greek yogurt or 1″ block of silken tofu

 

Directions

 

  • Slice all of the fruit
  • Put apple juice, water, yogurt or tofu and banana in blender
  • Slowly add in all of the berries
  • Blend until smooth
