Moonlight Punch

A punch fit for big events and gatherings.

  • 6 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 3 quarts ice water
  • 4 quarts ginger ale
  • 4 cups lemon juice
  1. Mix sugar and water
  2. Boil for 3 minutes
  3. Add mint leaves
  4. Set aside to cool
  5. Add lemon juice
  6. Strain
  7. Pour over ice in punch bowl
  8. Add ice water
  9. Combine ginger ale just before serving

    Sounds refreshing. Adults only: perhaps a dash of Seagrams 7.
