Oat Banana Smoothie

Easy to make and healthy too….

Ingredients:

Oats – 4 tabs

Bananas – 2 

Yogart – 1 cup

Milk – 1cup

Lime  Juice –  2 tabs

Honey – 3 tabs

Crushed ice – As required

Method:

Grind all the ingredients except ice in handgrinder and take into a glass and add crushed ice.  Serve it.
