Orange Coffee – A New Dimension of Coffee

Taste a new dimension of coffee – makes two cups.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of finely chopped orange zest
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder
- 2 teaspoons of whisky(optional)
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of whipped cream
Method
- Pour 1½ cups of water in a pan and boil it.
- Add the orange zest to the boiling water.
- Once boiling is done remove pan from flame, cover and keep aside for a few seconds.
- Mix coffee, whisky and sugar in a serving cup and stir well.
- Strain the water from the orange zest and pour it over the coffee mixture and stir lightly.
- Serve immediately topped with whipped cream.
