Orange Soy Milk Frappes

This is a creamy topped orange smoothie to prepare easily.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients
  2. Cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth
  3. Pour into chilled glasses
  4. Then serve immediately

Tip: Soy milk is a nondairy beverage made from crushed, cooked soybeans. It is a good source of protein but has less calcium then cow’s milk unless it has been calcium-fortified.
