Pink Lemonade Recipes

I have some delicious recipe using that old time favorite pink lemonade recipes.

Pink lemonade ice pop

1 pint prepared pink lemonade

2 shots gin

grenadine

Combine 1 pint prepared pink lemonade with 2 shots of gin. Pour into molds (look up articles by Chris Baille  who has written about ice pop molds and while you are there read all his articles because he is a wonderful writer!, Add a dash of grenadine to each pop freeze.

PINK LEMONADE SLUSHIES (This one can be given to kids as it contains no alcohol)

12 ounce canned frozen pink lemonade

1 CUP LEMON LIME SODA

slices of raspberries and strawberries to decorate the cup

In batches, blend a total of 12 ounces canned pink lemonade frozen concentrate, 1 cup lemon lime soda and 4 ice cubes. Put a few raspberries or strawberries for decoration.

Pink lemon ade frosting

2 Tablespoons powdered pink lemonade mix

1/4 cup milk

1 cup  butter at room temperature

16 ounce confectioners sugar

1 drop red food coloring

In bowl, stir in 2 Tablespoons powdered pink lemonade mix such as Country time, into 1/4 cup milk until dissolved; reserved reserve. With mixer on medium high speed, beat 1 cup butter at room temperature, until smooth. Reduce speed to medium; gradually beat in 16 ounce confectioners sugar. Add 1 drop red food coloring. and reserved pink lemonade mixture, beat until fluffy 1-2 minutes
