Pomegranate Sauce

To lovers of sweet-sour Oriental sauce. Ideal for meat and red fish!

Pomegranate (medium size) – 3 pcs
Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
Starch – 1 tbsp. l.
Coriander beans
Cloves – 2-3 pieces
Ground nutmeg
Apple juice – 100 ml
Recipe for “Pomegranate sauce
Choose the grain of the pomegranate fruit. Wring the juice out of grain. Filter.

Mix with apple juice (you can use the packaging)
