Pumpkin Pie Latte

Warm up your friends and family with this healthy toddy.

Try these healthy hot lower-fat versions of coffee house favorites.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 3 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

  1. In a small pan, whisk together all the above ingredients and simmer over medium heat.
  2. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
