Raspberry Mint Crush
Easy to make punch recipe.
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups ice water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 10 oz package raspberries
- 1 6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- Combine sugar, mint leaves and boiling water
- Let stand for five minutes
- Add raspberries and lemonade concentrate
- Stir until thawed
- Strain into chilled pitcher
- Add crushed ice
- If needed, add water to taste
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and berries
