Raspberry Mint Crush

Easy to make punch recipe.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 10 oz package raspberries
  • 1 6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  1. Combine sugar, mint leaves and boiling water
  2. Let stand for five minutes
  3. Add raspberries and lemonade concentrate
  4. Stir until thawed
  5. Strain into chilled pitcher
  6. Add crushed ice
  7. If needed, add water to taste
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and berries
