Red Cherry Berry Smoothie

Smoothie…..

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

3/4 cuo raspberry sherbet

3/4 cuo apple juice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Place frozen cherries, frozen raspberries,

and raspberry sherbet, and apple juice in a blender.

BLEND WELL!!!

    This sounds good! I make a lot of smoothies – I usually just use fruit, yogurt, and ice cubes.
