Rhubarb Refresher

Beverage for sharing.

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 pound tender rhubarb
  • 1/3 cup sugar for each cup of juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 quart ginger ale
  1. Cut rhubarb but do not peel
  2. Combine with water
  3. Cook to a mush
  4. Press through sieve
  5. Measure juice and add sugar
  6. Stir until dissolved
  7. Chill
