Serve a special drink to your guests the next time you entertain!

Tijuana Espresso

Combine:

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 ounce brandy

Espresso coffee:  Espresso can be purchased in instant, powdered form.  If you wish to use the powdered form, add 3/4 cup of hot water to 1 teaspoon powdered coffee.  If you have an espresso maker, you are all set.   

In a mug mix cinnamon, brandy and espresso coffee.  Top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Coffee Royal

3 slices lemon peel

1/2 cinnamon stick

powdered sugar

1 1/2 ounce cognac

1/2 cup of hot, strong coffee

Rub one of the lemon peels around the rim of a small size mug.  Dip the rim in powdered sugar.  Place the lemon peels in a mug with the cinnamon stick.  Warm the cognac over low flame or in the microwave.  Pour the warmed cognac in a mug and light.  When flame burns out, add the coffee.  Top with whipped cream and serve.
