Spiced Tea

For gatherings.

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 oz tea
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 1/2 quarts boiling water
  1. Boil sugar, water and cinnamon
  2. Add cloves
  3. Leave boiling for 5 minutes
  4. Steep tea for 3 minutes in 1 quart boiling water
  5. Add pineapple juice, 3 1/2 quarts boiling water and mix with fruit juices and sugar
