Here is a delicious chicken recipe.

1 fryer cut in serving pieces

1 cup seasoned flour

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 small onion, diced

1 4 ounce can concentrated orange juice, thawed

1/2 cup ginger ale

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. In a large skillet, fry chicken oil with cinnamon and onion until brown. Place chicken in baking pan. Pour orange juice and ginger ale over chicken and bake in a covered pan in a 375F oven for 1 hour. Spoon sauce from pan over chicken and serve with rice.
