Starbucks Recipe for a Double Chocolate Frappuccino

How I make double chocolate frappuccinos at home.
Where I live, the closest starbucks is a little over fifteen miles away. Its hard for me to get there, and expensive. I did a little online research and realized that there was a way to make one at home. Its cheap and fast.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of hersheys syrup
- 4 ice cubes (can vary)
- 1 cup of ice cream (optional)
Method
Put it all in a blender and set it to the highest setting possible. Please comment on how it turned out. I use a Vitamix blender which works the best for making shakes and smoothies

This should work. But do you have to have the ice cream?
