Thirst-quenching Summer Punch

published by KittyK on May 17, 2012

This bubbly beverage isn’t just a light and vibrant alternative to soda – it will tickle the fancy of everyone who takes a taste!

Pixie Punch

Lemon wedges
Pink sugar sprinkles
1      Liter strawberry- or lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled
1      Liter pink lemonade, chilled
4      Cups ice cubes
6      Extra large fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

Pixie Punch

1. Wet the rims of 6 glasses by rubbing them with the lemon wedge. Pour the pink sugar into a saucer and dip the moistened rim of each glass in the sugar to coat.

2. In a punch bowl, combine the sparkling water and lemonade. Add the ice cubes and garnish with strawberries.  Serves 6.
