Treats you simply can’t resist

Everyone deserves a treat whether you are on a diet or not. There are over 1200 recipes in the world in fact it is more like 3200+. I could never eat all those mouthwatering dishes but i could certainly try them!! There are different treats for different occasions. When you one of these tasty treats you automatically  think they are complicated to make but, they are actually really easy. And the best bit is you made them and in the space of your own home too. Lot’s of recipes have been tried and tested and only the most delicious and appetising recipes go approved!!! A full meal includes a starter, a main course and the delicious desert. Just imagine yourself eating a large chocolate cake with warm chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Makes your mouth water doesn’t it? Do you like strawberries? Do you like strawberries? Have you tried mixing them together if you haven’t tried it all you need to do is melt some chocolate then simply dip in the strawberries and enjoy!!!! delicious!!!!  It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an expert at cooking, because if you don’t find cooking fun you should certainly enjoy eating food. Some of us don’t know recipes to try or practise on at home so you could use a cooking book. You may find treats so out of this world, you might not be that keen on cooking but give it a go and see if it is as fun as people say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a recipe to try.

This recipe is called :                                                     Lacey Peach Crêpes

INGREDIENTS:

3 Peaches halved an the stones must be taken out

25g (1oz) Icing sugar

2 tbsp Crême de cassis

2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice

50g (2oz) Plain flour

1 Eg(1/4 Pint) Milk

Cooking oil

Extra icing sugar for dusting

Alchol

Whipped/double cream for serving

1. Slice each peach into 8 peices, then mix them with the icing sugar, alchol and orange jucie and leave to blend while you start making the crêpes.

2.Sift the flour into a small bowl make a small hole in the middle and ad in the egg. Gradually beat in the milk to form a smooth batter.

3.Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a 17.5cm(7 inch) non stick frying pan. Using a spoon drizzle about 2 tbsp of the batter into the frying pan to give the lacey effect.

4.Cook for 2 minuets on one side the flip and cook for another 2 minuets on the other side keep doing this untill they are golden.

5. Repeat this untill all the batter has gone. Fill the crêpes with the peach mixture, sprinkle some icing sugar and add some whipped/double cream(optional)

6.Enjoy your Lacey crêpes!!!!
