Weight Watching Delicious Beverages

Here I am going to share some of my mom’s diet drink recipes that are so good you can’t tell its diet.

Diet Shake

1 12 ounce diet soda any flavor

1/3 cup instant non fat dry milk

1/2 cup fresh fruit

1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener (we only use a few granules because we find it too sweet with the amount the recipe tells us to use.)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon almond extract1 cup coarsely crushed ice.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whirl at high speed until frothy and blended.

SKINNY DIET WHIRL

1 12ounce can diet cream soda

1/2 cup non fat milk

1 teaspoon lemonade

1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener

1/8 teaspoons salt

2 cups sliced peaches

SKINNY MARRY

3/4 cup tomato juice

1 Tablespoon Worcessesrhire sauce

1/4 cup sauerkraut juice

ice cubes

Pour tomato sauce over ice cubes in glasses. Pour Worcestershire sauce and stir

Serve at once

    I don’t really need to worry about my wieght but these do sound very yummy and nutritious. Everyone needs nutrition.
