White Wine Cooler.

6 ounces chilled wine, 1/2 ounce brandy, 2 dashes orange bitters, 1 teaspoon kummel, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 ounce lemon juice.

Stir into tall 14 -ounce glass add a spash of soda and ice cubes to fill glass. Stir and add long wide band of cucumber peel.

Aquavit rickey.

1 1/2 ounces aquavit, 1 teaspoon dry kummel, 1/4 large lime, iced club soda.

Put 3 ice cubes into an 8-ounce glass, add ingredients and stir, leaving lime in glass.

Sidecar.

3/4 ounce brandy, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 3/4 ounce cointreau.

Rim glass with coarse granulated sugar,shake well with cracked ice and strain.
