Baked Spiced Fish

Baked spiced fish is hot tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp special oil

4 fillets of sole, flounder (1 pound)

1 cup thinly sliced onions

1 cup sliced celery

1 tbsp salt

¼ tbsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp flour

¾ cup skim milk

Procedure:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a baking dish; arrange the fillers in it. Bake in a 350 degree oven 10 minutes. Prepare the sauce in the meantime.

Heat the remaining oil in a skillet; sauté the onions and celery 10 minutes. Mix in the salt, pepper, curry powder and flour. Add the milk, stirring steadily to the boiling point. Pour over the fish. Bake 25 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily.

Serves 6.
