Ingredients

Bambino vermicelli 180g, Potatoes50g, Onions50g, Carrots 50g, Beans 50g, Tomatoes50g, Green Chillies 6-8Nos.,Coriander Leaves 1 bunch, Mint Leaves 1 bunch, Spices(Sazeera,Cloves,Cardamom ,Cinnamon)5g, Coriander powder 1tsp, Pepper powder ½ tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Oil 50ml, Salt to taste.

Method

  • Boil water (For  1 cup Bambino vermicelli, add 3 cup water).
  • Add Bambino vermicelli, 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt.
  • After vermicelli is cooked, Remove from flame, Strain and run cold water through it. Keep aside.
  • Cut all vegetables thin long pieces.
  • Heat oil in a vessel, and add spices, onions, green chillies and mint leaves.
  • When the onions turn brown, add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes and then add all spices,  tomatoes and salt to taste.
  • Once vegetables are cooked, add boiled Bambino vermicelli and mix well. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Now serve hot with Raita.
