Bierocks Recipe

A great recipe for a tasty Bierock.
1 lb Hamburger
1/2 tsp Sweet Basil
1 C Grated Raw Potatoes or 1/2 package frozen hash browns
1/2 C Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Chopped Onion
2 Packages Crescent Dinner Rolls
Salt and Pepper For Taste
Cook together in large skillet- hamburger, potatoes, cabbage, onions, basil, salt and pepper until beef is brown and vegetables are done. Drain off grease, separate each package of rolls into four rectangles and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Pinch together perforation and place some of meat mix on unbaked dough. Fold up sides. Seal edges.
