Chicken and Sausage with Bacon

Quick and easy dinner that you can throw together with things in your freezer. Go organic for an even healthier dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless/Skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 Sweet Italian Pork Sausages (links)
  • 3 Strips thick cut bacon (cooked)

Method

  1. Wash chicken and pat dry
  2. Salt and pepper chicken, then roll in breadcrumbs
  3. Place chicken and sausage with bacon on top in an oven safe baking dish and cover tightly with tin foil
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Serves 4
