Chicken Satay Ponorogo

Marinated chicken satay is indeed completely different taste. Seasonings that make it taste so pervasive savory, slightly sweet with a seductive scent.

Material:
300 g chicken fillet, thinly sliced​​, cut into 1×3 cm
skewer
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Blend:
3 red onions
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs hazelnut
½ cm turmeric
½ tsp coriander
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp brown sugar
Complement:
Soy sauce
Sambal Rawit
Sambal Kacang

Method:

     * Stir the pieces of chicken fillets with seasoning until blended smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes.
     * Plugs every 3 pieces of chicken with a skewer satai.
     * Brush the skewers with sweet soy sauce and then grilled over coals until done.
     * Lift. Serve with a complement.
