Amy Fei’s Tasty Honey Chicken
The Ingredients-
4 medium Fresh Chicken Thighs cut at the joints
3-4 Tbsp Honey
4-5 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
3 cloves Garlic, smash with knife and remove skin
Olive Oil or any Cooking Oil (shallow frying abt 1 inch in pan)
The method-
1) Combine and rub in all the ingredients, cover and leave it to marinate overnight in the fridge
2) Heat about 1 inch of Olive Oil or any Cooking Oil in a non stick pan for shallow frying
3) Remove the Chicken pieces from the marinate, exclude the Garlic and pan fry them over low-medium heat til Chicken is cooked through
4) Remove cooked Chicken, drain Oil and serve with side salad or pasta
