Baked Chicken (Peri Peri Chicken)
Awesome recipe, quick and delicious.
- Salt half-1 tea spoon
- Black pepper freshly grounded (1 tea spoon)
- Chinese salt half tea spoon
- Vinegar 3-5 table spoons
- Soya sauce 2-3 table spoon
- Chicken Full leg pieces (`3-4)
(Tikka masala or peri peri sauce, depending on what do you want to make, peri peri chicken or simple baked chicken)*Tikka masala is a ready-made mixture of spices available at Pakistan (not sure about other countries, its sort of barbecue spice)
Prick the chicken with a help of a fork and put all the stuff into it and let it marinate for a few hours. The more time you give it to marinate, the more rich the taste will be. Minimum marination time is 3 hours.
Grill the chicken first for about 5 minutes and then bake at a preheated oven at 180 temperature for about ten minutes.
