Baked Chicken with Lemon and Herbs

Need an easy chicken recipe? Try this, it’s easy to cook and it’s yummy! It’s great for lunch or dinner. Serve with bread, rice, or potatoes, and vegetables to make a complete healthy meal for the whole family.

This chicken lemon and herbs recipe is super easy to make, and it’s delicious! This is a great idea for potluck too!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (or legs / thighs / wings)
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Fresh or dried herbs (cilantro, parsley, basil, oregano or any combination)
  • Lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients for half an hour, or if possible overnight in the fridge
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  3. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Yum!!
