Braised Chicken
Now its time to make delicious braised chicken with simple steps and have a great dinner with your family and friends.

Ingredients
- 800 grams of whole chicken trimmed, washed and dried
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper freshly ground
- 6 flakes of garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of water
Method
- Rub chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Mix tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Marinate chicken in this mixture for about 2 hours.
- Remove and truss chicken for ease of handling. Reserve marinade.
- Heat oil in cooker for about 3 minutes. Add chicken and fry, turning and firmly pressing down chicken to ensure thorough browning on all sides.
- Away from heat, add water and marinade. Stir well to remove any frying residues attached to base of cooker.
- Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
- Open cooker. Place chicken on serving dish. Keep hot.
- Return cooker to medium heat and boil till liquid is reduced to half. Serve chicken hot, accompanied with sauce.
