Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Prep: 10 min.
Bake: 30 min.

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pcs.

1 tsp. dried basil leaves

1 c. KRAFT Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 deg. F.  Place tomatoes w/ their liquid in med. bowl.  Add stuffing mix, 1/2 c. hot water & garlic; stir just til stuffing mix is moistened.  Set aside.

2.  Place chicken in 13 x 9″ baking dish; sprinkle w/ basil & cheese.  Top w/ stuffing mixture.

3.  Bake 30 min. or til chicken is cooked thru.

Makes 6 servings.

Round out the Meal:  Serve w/ cooked green beans & bagged salad tossed w/ favorite KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Reduced Fat Dressing.
