Butter Chicken

How to make the Indian food butter chicken. Ingredients are given through this recipe.
Use thigh and breast of chicken. Cut them into small cubes. Marinate with ginger garlice paste, chilly powder, salt and yoghurt for one hour. Keep in fridge.
Shallow fry chicken. Fry chopped onions, ginger, garlic paste, cumin coriander, chilly powder and a few cashew nuts. Add chopped tomatoes (2-3). Add a little sugar. Blend mixture when cold.
Pour sauce in kadai. Add water and tomato sauce. Optional: add butter for increased richness. Add chicken cubes. When sauce thickens add cream. Garnish with chopped coriander.
