Butter Chicken

Mom’s own homemade butter chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken cubes
  • oil
  • sliced jalapenos
  • 2 tomatoes and 3 tbsp yogurt pureed
  • Shaan tandoori masala

Method

  1. Wash chicken
    1. add oil and jalapenos and chicken to pot
    2. add 2 tsp tandoori masala and cook on medium high for 5 mins
    3. add tomato/yogurt puree
    4. add 2 cups water
    5. cook until chicken is cooked
    6. add 4 tbsp butter or margarine and let melt and mix
    7. add cilantro for show
