Cheesy Chicken and Corn

published by Billy Stanley on Aug 28, 2012

This is a recipe for a cheesy chicken with corn.

What you will need :

3 or more-chicken breast (skinless and boneless)

1 can-corn

1/2 small bag- mexican four cheese

butter to cook the chicken in NOT oil

garlic powder

season salt

onion powder

worshishire sause (sorry if it miss spelled) W sause for short

100% pure mayple syrup(option but highly suggested)

what to do:

  1. cut the chicken into small peices
  2. put the chicken in a hot pan with melted butter (put 1 peice of chicken in the butter and if it sizzles it is hot enogh if not take it how and wait a bit longer)
  3. sprinkle in the powders and season salt then stir it together and sprinkle on a bit more and stir it
  4. sprinkle/pour the W sause all over the chicken (you wanna do it enogh to cover it all but not to much) and stir
  5. once the chicken is done add in a can of corn and stir and wait for the corn to warm up
  6. once that is warm up add the cheese on top so it is all covered up (about half a small bag) and cover and set on lowest heat and let sit till the cheese is ether completly melted or mostly melted
  7. take off heat and stirr and sirve
  8. (optional step) in your bowl add a bit of the syrup to add a bit of sweetness and make the cheese less stringy (and personaly the dish needs that extra bit of sweetness to make it better)
