Chicken a La Lene
I love this dish so much I named it after myself. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Feel free to leave comments afterward to tell me what you thought.
Ingredients
Marinade
- 2tbsp clear honey
- 4tbsp tomato puree
- 12 tbsp white wine
- 2tbsp coarse mustard
- 4tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Method
4 Chicken Breasts (slash surface of the chicken)
Marinade the chicken in a casserole dish for up to 24 hours (can be done without marinating if time is short although I would recommend you do so!) Add some parsley and cook at 200.C for 45 minutes. Serve with a selection of vegetables.
