Chicken Cincane

Recipe To Make : CHICKEN CINCANE.

MATERIALS:
– 1 chicken
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon brown sugar
– 300 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
– 3 tablespoons cooking oil

spices:
– 10 grains of red onion
– 4 cloves garlic
– 5 grains hazelnut
– 5 pieces of red pepper
– 4 cm ginger
– 2 teaspoons salt

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Spice mixture ingredients and mash
2. Heat cooking oil
3. enter the pulverized spices and saute until fragrant.
