Chicken Curry

Thhis curry is very famous in Andhra Pradesh, tastes with rice and roti also.

                       chicken curry
 Ingredients:-
 

chicken———-1 kg
 onions———– 3
 green chillies—8
 oil—–8 spoons
 half lemon juice
 curd————-1 spoon
 ginger garlic paste—–2 spoons
 chilli powder——3 spoons
 salt————-2 spoons
 masala powder—–2 spoons
 turmeric powder—a pinch
 eliachi, lavanga, dalchini—–2 each
 6 to 8 cashew if you want
         

                                   Take  1 kg chicken, wash 2 times and garnish it with ginger- garlic paste, curd and lemon juice, and keep it a side. Cut onions into small pieces and chillies into 2 pieces. Place the vessel on stove and pour oil in the vessel. put elaichi, lavanga, dalchini and cashew in the oil and immediately put the pieces of onions and green chillies.frying a little time, put the chicken into it, cover with lid and keep
it for 10 min on low flame. After the water in the chicken reduced to half, put salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and for 5 minutes keep on mixing the ingredients on the stove  with spoon. Then pour water until the chicken in the vessel fully immerses in the water. cover it with lid. After the curry becomes semi-liquid, put the masala powder and again cover it. After it becomes creamy, remove from the stove and if you want, can add  danya or pudina leaves
