Chicken in Sweet Balsalmic Reduction Sauce
I make a savory balsalmic baked chicken that is amazing, but I decided to try a sweet balsalmic reduction on the baked chicken to see how that would be and it was amazing as well.

Chicken in Sweet Balsalmic Reduction Sauce
Ingredients
1 Whole Baking Chicken
1 sweet bell pepper cut in half and seeded
1 sweet onion cut in Half.
1 cup balsalmic vinegar
10 tablsespoons of sugar
Place the chicken in a deep baking dish or roasting pan. Place the onion, and green pepper inside of the cavity of the chicken.
In a small saucepan, place the balsalmic vinegar and the sugar. Heat over medium low heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bing to a simmer and allow it to keep simmering until the vingear is reduced to about 1/4 cup. The consistency should be similar to honey that has been warmed.
Pour the balsalmic reduction sauce over the chicken and cover the chicken with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until chicken is no longer pink and is tender.
