Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 chicken legs(or what you desire)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 chopped onion

Method

Method: Boil chicken legs on medium in pot until meat falls off bones. Add chopped onion. Let cool and take meat off the bones leave water in pot with chicken. Mix up 2 cups of water and 1 cup of flour or whatever desire. Pour in pot with chicken let cook about 1 hour on medium. Stir occasional for flour and water to mix in good with chicken. Add salt and pepper stir.
