Chicken Spinach Linguini

This is a very easy recipe, even a beginner can prepare it.
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. box of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. pkg. linguini noodles
- 1 sm container sour cream
- 1 8 0z pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 8 0z pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded or chopped chicken or desired meat of choice
Method
- In medium bowl put spinach that has been thawed and drained.
- Cook linguini noodles as directed drained. Mix cheeses in with hot noodles mix
- well,combine soup,spinach, and sour cream to noodles. now add chicken or desired
- meat, mix well,and smooth in pyrex baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
