Chicken Spinach Linguini

This is a very easy recipe, even a beginner can prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm. box of frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 lb. pkg. linguini noodles
  • 1 sm container sour cream
  • 1 8 0z pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8 0z pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded or chopped chicken or desired meat of choice

Method

  1.    In  medium bowl put spinach that has been thawed and drained.
  2. Cook linguini noodles as directed drained. Mix cheeses in with hot noodles mix
  3. well,combine soup,spinach, and sour cream to noodles. now add chicken or desired
  4. meat, mix well,and smooth in pyrex baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
