Chicken with Curry Sauce

An easy and delicious chicken dish recipe with curry sauce.
This is the easiest chicken meal I cooked. If you like curry sauce you will like this dish also.
Curry is an interesting spice which is a mixture of several spices:cumin,black pepper, ginger, turmeric, coriander, carnation, cardamom,nutmeg, tamarind and hot red peppers. And also it is found that it helps crushing cancer cells. So this recipe is not only easy & delicious but also very healthy.
You need:
- 500 gr. chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Half a glass of milk
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt
- A handful of parsley
How to prepare:
- Chop the chicken breasts into small pieces.
- Put them in a skillet and brown them in olive oil.
- In a saucepan brown the flour in butter. Over low heat ad milk but very very slowly. Add a few drops and saturate the flour with it. Repeat the same process until the flour is fully saturated with milk. It should be smooth. This part is important because if you hurry the flour will become lumpy.
- After you have added all the milk, add curry, thyme and salt. Stir over medium heat until it becomes a smooth bechamel sauce.
- Add the browned chicken. Stir the mixture over low heat for a few minutes.
- Chop the parsley.
- Get the sauced chicken into a serving plate.
- Sprinkle the parsley all over.
