Chicken
My family loves chicken.
Ingredients for “Chicken” Kung Pao “
Chicken – 500 g
Starch – 1.5 st. l.
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l.
Salt (a little)
Ginger (ground) – 1 / 2 tsp.
Chili (small) – 1 pc
Peanuts – 2 tbsp. l.

All that is useful to us. From chicken breast fillets separate
and cut into thin strips.
Mix chicken with starch
and fry in vegetable oil to a preheated skillet, over high heat.
Few add some salt,
Add soy sauce, chili peppers (finely chopped), and ginger, stir well, and dismiss the pan aside.
Peanuts dries in a skillet and husk,
shred with a knife.
Return the chicken to the fire, add peanuts, mix it all and a good warm, just 1-2minuty.
We spread the chicken on a plate
decorate with fresh cucumber,
can be served chicken with soy sauce.
