These “chicken wings” are made from potato wedges. Taste delicious and no bones to throw out!

Prepare Potatoes

  • 5 medium red skinned potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Wash and dry potatoes. Cut into wedges about 1/2 inch thick.  Toss in bowl with oil and arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for half an hour or until tender.  They should be a little crispy.

Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.  Remove from heat,  toss potato wedges in sauce.  Serve warm.

Good alone or serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing!
