Chilly Chicken

Chilly chicken is one of the spiciest and tasty dish, which is also healthy and can be taken as a side dish with any meals.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken pieces-   250 gms
  • egg                                 -   1
  • pepper powder               -   1/4 tea spoon
  • salt
  • oil
  • cornflour powder             -   1 table spoon
  • onions                             -   1
  • ginger-garlic paste          -   1 tea spoon
  • capsicum                         -   1
  • soya sauce                      -  1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies                   -  3-4  ( optional )  

Method

Firstly take chicken pieces marinate it by adding egg, pepper powder, salt, cornflour powder for about 5-10 min and then fry it slightly so that it becomes golden brown and keep it aside.

Take oil in a pan  heat it add chopped onions and fry a little, add ginger garlic paste, capsicum, slit green chillies and the above prepared chicken and mix it and then add soya sauce.

Spicy tasty chilly chicken is ready to it.
