Chinese American Chicken Stir-fry
Stir-fry recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables.
- 3 (6 ounce) whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
- 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise.
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 1 cup of rice.
Method
- Heat skillet on med high heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add chicken after cutting into
- ½ x 2in. Pieces. Allow to cook thoroughly. In sauce pan add vegetables med heat stirring frequently. Add sauce when vegetables are soft mix well.
- Add chicken and mix well again.
- Place rice in center of plate and add stir-fry mixture.
- Lastly you must enjoy.
