Copper Chicken

Take your tastebuds on an adventure with this chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken
  • 3 TBSP corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • 3 green chilies, crushed
  • 12 TBSP coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ajeeno moto (Chinese salt)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • oil, for frying

Directions

Cut chicken in pieces then marinate it with salt, ajeeno motu, garlic, ginger, black peppercorn, flour, and egg. Marinate it well with these ingredients then add chopped green chilies and green coriander. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then fry in oil. When it comes out golden brown then it will ready to serve. Serve with tamarind sauce or mayonnaise. Prep time: 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 5
