Crispy Fried Chicken Chunks

A great crispy snack.

Ingredients

  • 200g boneless chicken(cubed)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 egg(beaten)
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp white flour

Method

  1. Marinade chicken in salt and black pepper and vinegar for atleast30 minutes.
  2. Mix together white flour ,cornflour and egg.
  3.  Coat the chicken cubes in this batter.
  4. Fry in hot oil. Lower heat after a minute and remove when nicely brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with some fresh salad and sweet chili sauce
