Crock-pot BBQ Chicken

This is the only way I cook BBQ Chicken. The meat is so tender, it falls right off the bone.

Ingredients

 

1 large pkg. chicken breasts

1 (28 oz) bottle Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce

 

Method

 

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then place in a large crock-pot. Cover with BBQ Sauce and turn on High. Cook for 3 hours on High, then turn to Low and cook for 2 more hours. (Yields: 8 to 10 servings)

    Crockpot recipes are the best! You just toss all the ingredients in and walk away.

    right on, Crock pot is the way to go. It tenderizes everything and you only have to put the food in the pot and turn it on.
