Delicious Chichen Curry
This article is about non-veg food the method to prepare tasty delicious chicken curry.
For 2 to 3 persons !
Ingredients required are as follows,
· Chicken ( cut into pieces): 800 gms
· Olive oil: 50ml
· Clove: 2
· Cardamon : 2
· Cinnamon Stick: 1
· Bayleaf: 2
· Onions(Chopped) : 100gms
· Ginger Garlic Paste: 30gms
· Salt to taste
· Red Chilli Powder: 3gms
· Turmeric Powder : 2gms
· Coriander Powder: 2gms
· Cumin Powder: 2gms
· Garam masala powder : 1gm
· Yoghurt: 50ml
· Tomato Puree : 50gms
· Green Coriander: 2gms
Method :
1. Clean and wash chicken pieces with water.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add whole masala to crackle(Clove, Cardamon, Cinnamon Stick, Bayleaf), than add chopped onions and fry till it turns color into golden brown.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste along with powder masala(Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam masala powder ), saute for 1 to 2 minute, then add chicken pieces, salt and salute for 5 to 7 minute.
4. Add yoghurt, tomato puree and sautefor 5 minute.
5. Now add water as per the thickness level required for curry and cook till done.
6. Serve in a bowl garnished with green coriander.
Delicious tasty chicken Curry is ready to eat you can have it with Roti, Bread ,Steam rice or you can have it as per your taste !
